This small house was built about 1837. It has been beautifully restored and modern comforts have been added such as air-conditioning and a gas furnace, shower with a seat, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, phone, and cable TV. There is a queen bed and a twin in the room with the fireplace which can be used by the guests. . Pets are welcomed in this house and smoking is not permited.
The bathroom has a shower in the tub.
The price is $80 per night for one, $90 for 2 people,$100 for 3 people, and that includes a full cooked breakfast. There is 6.75% sales tax and a 6% occupancy tax.
